Shipping And Handling & Pickup Policies

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

  • Orders in Puerto Rico usually arrive within 1-2 business days. ADD A FEW DAYS DURING THE HOLIDAYS.

  • Orders to the USA will arrive within 4-6 days. ADD A FEW DAYS DURING THE HOLIDAYS

SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED DURING THIS TIME.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED SHIPMENTS.

PLEASE ORDER WITHIN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENTS.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays via United States Postal Service (USPS).  All orders placed on a Friday after 11am will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays. No pickups on weekends.

  • We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is provided.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a carrier tracking number will be sent out to you. Please check your e-mail. 

Return Policy

You have 7 days to send back all unused and unopened regular-priced items. Please note that sale items, custom products, party boxes, clothes, and seasonal/holiday merchandise may not be returned or refundable.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

  • Make sure to ship returns in a sturdy box, is your returns get damaged on transit they cannot be accepted.  We do not accept returns in padded mailers.
